The Continuum House

Continuum House is a rural home conceived as a living bridge between tradition and contemporary needs. Designed as a linear village dwelling, the project demonstrates how adaptive reuse, local craftsmanship, and phased construction can preserve legacy while enabling modern living. Reclaimed wood, stone slabs, and metal elements are thoughtfully integrated to extend the life of existing materials and knowledge systems. Beyond a private residence, the house functions as a pilot prototype—its construction methods, spatial strategies, and light-responsive design influencing surrounding village homes and local building practices.
