Neem Sabha is a community space embedded within a privately owned farm, designed for the informal rituals of everyday village life — sitting, gathering, resting, conversing. At its core stands an age-old neem tree, revered in Indian culture for its medicinal and symbolic value. Around this natural anchor, the built elements unfold gently — never overpowering, only enhancing.
The architecture takes cues from vernacular forms and materials, creating a low-impact, high-meaning space where the boundary between nature and structure disappears. It is both shelter and openness — a sabha in the truest sense, where people arrive not for formality, but for presence.
By weaving together landscape, memory, and community, Neem Sabha becomes more than a structure — it is a living room of the village, grown from soil and shade.
